Don Pancho Resort - Stage 1

Sancon Construction Corp were engaged on behalf of Caughley & Co to undertake refurbishment works to the Don Pancho Resort at Bargara QLD.  Our Scope of works consisted of minor concrete works, inclusive of structural formwork and hoarding. 

We also performed detailed demolition and structural upgrades to the external facade, replaced flashing and external linings. Aesthetically designed upgrades to each unit entry and general carpentry works.
